Max doesn’t have a single pair of maxing socks. But it’s honestly not her fault, she’s a Virgo after all, so everything in life is in order. Except, obviously, her socks. Ahead of a really crucial Zoom job interview she is determined to answer the question we all want the answer to: Where do socks go in the wash?

Hope at Home is a 5-part online series of 15-minute monologues each exploring a single fascinating
slice of life, created by 25 artists commissioned by the theatre earlier this autumn. Each film
premieres via our digital channels culminating in a Christmas special on Monday 21 December. Each episode
will be available free for one week for PAY WHAT YOU CAN to encourage access and donations to help secure the future of the theatre and our reopening in 2021.

Meesha Turner is an actress and singer originally from Birmingham, now living and working in London. She is a Musical Theatre Masters graduate from The Royal Academy of Music. She has previously starred as Tina Turner, and Diana Ross in two touring theatrical productions.
