THE BALLAD OF BUCKINGHAM NICKS

8th - 9th February

£10/£16/£18

7PM

Place: Los Angeles. Time: Sometime in the recent present. All music is played live.

Older and wiser, Lindsey (Buckingham) has invited Stevie (Nicks) to meet in a recording studio, to see if they can reconcile…again.

Will she turn up? How long haven’t they spoken for this time?

The conversation flickers between present‑day tension and flashbacks—As they untangle their complex relationship as they mutually tell us their unique tale which spans over sixty years.  We are transported forward and back through their different eras, both musical and personal.

Their college days in San Francisco, the gritty nights with Fritz, the bold move to L.A., and finally the seismic shift into Fleetwood Mac.

Through dialogue, music, and projected fragments, we drift from one era to another: a sun‑lit campus courtyard, the mountains of Aspen where “Dreams” was born, a tiny factory room where they worked on their early songs.

Their voices intertwine, weaving a tapestry of iconic harmonies and whispered confidences, highlighting the love, loss, and fierce loyalty that have defined their roller‑coaster relationship. Can they rebuild enough trust to conjure new magic? In this moment suspended between memory and possibility, can they get it together once more – while there is time?

“A compelling story of love and despair, musically punctuated with some of their best songs”
“A beautiful musical journey, stunningly portrayed.”
“Wendy Morgan and Julian Littman excel in this beautifully crafted two-hander exploring the highs and lows of two music icons.”
