THE ISLAND OF MOOR

24th - 28th March

£10/£16/£18

7PM

If a man dies on an island, and there’s no one else around, did the man really live at all?

THE MAN lives alone on an island. Each day he performs THE WATCH, obeys THE ORDERS, and protects his home from THE MONSTERS. He does this with military precision, until unexpected events force him to confront the truth about his existence.
Inspired by a bizarre chapter of London’s forgotten history, ‘The Island of Moor’ is a one-man show about isolation, obsession and a lonely soul’s journey to be close to what he loves.

Presented by the Offie-nominated Other Mysteries Theatre and written by Candice Mac in collaboration with James Lyon, the play marks a bold departure from the company’s trademark slapstick style and into the world of absurdism.
