BOOKING TICKETS: We recommend buying tickets in advance online via our
WHAT'S ON page. If you wish to purchase tickets for a performance on the door, the Box Office is open from no more than 45 minutes before the performance begins and tickets are subject to availability. Programmes and merchandise can also be purchased from our venue Box Office.
VENUE BOX OFFICE: Our venue Box Office is located at the foot of the stairs and opens no more than 45 minutes before the start of each performance. When you arrive at the venue, you will need to go to the Box Office to collect your physical ticket token - this allows you to gain entrance to the performance space. The theatre doors usually open around 5 minutes before the performance commences - an announcement will be made. Please remain in the bar area until this announcement. For the safety of yourself and others do not attempt to queue on the stairs.
Advance tickets for future performances cannot be purchased at the venue Box Office.
CONCESSIONS: Concessions tickets are available for most performances to indivduals aged 60+, students and theatre union members. You will be required to show proof of eligibility at the Box Office when you collect your ticket token.
PREVIEWS: Most productions running for two or more weeks offer a limited number of £10 tickets for their first two 'preview' performances. Where available, these can be booked in advance through our
WHAT'S ON page.
