If you are unable to attend the performance you have booked for, we will try our best to process an exchange for you provided you contact us with at least 24 hours' notice - email
info@thehopetheatre.com. Exchanges are at our discretion and if the run is sold out then we will not be able to move or refund your ticket. Please note that exchanges are only possible for performances of the same production - you cannot swap your booking for a different production in the season.
