FAQ

All of our performances have unallocated seating. Doors into the theatre space usually open five minutes before the performance begins. Please wait downstairs in the bar area for the theatre announcement. For safety of yourself and others you must not queue on the stairs.
We have a 'no refunds' policy which is made clear on our booking site - however you are very welcome to give your ticket to a friend or family member, or contact us to enquire about exchanging your ticket for another performance of the same production (see below).
If you are unable to attend the performance you have booked for, we will try our best to process an exchange for you provided you contact us with at least 24 hours' notice - email info@thehopetheatre.com.  Exchanges are at our discretion and if the run is sold out then we will not be able to move or refund your ticket. Please note that exchanges are only possible for performances of the same production - you cannot swap your booking for a different production in the season.
Due to the pub's licensing laws, we are unable to welcome audience members under the age of 18 into the venue after 7pm. Under 18’s are very welcome to any matinee performances.
